2007 was a banner year: many organizations implemented voice-assisted care and joined the ranks of the best run communities in the industry. Simply by talking, they’re taking financial performance, quality of care, staff satisfaction, and resident comfort to new levels.

Because your needs are constantly evolving, AccuNurse must be continuously enhanced to take the quality of care you deliver to residents every day to new levels. Collaborate 2008 enables you to hear about successes in your fellow voice-powered communities and provide feedback on what you’d like to see in upcoming releases. Clinical experts will be on hand to answer your questions, hear your ideas, and offer tips for how you can get even more out of AccuNurse.

As an added bonus, Leah Klusch will offer a workshop on “How to Get More Out of Your Restorative Program.” Leah has more than 40+ years of experience bringing together learning and fun in her workshops. Restorative charting will be available in AccuNurse in summer of 2008. Leah will describe the top areas where communities fall short in this critical area, ideas for how to enhance your processes, and the keys to maximizing reimbursement from your restorative program.

Each area’s input is vital to the overall improvement of your facility’s AccuNurse experience. Due to the structure of the workshop, we would appreciate up to two representatives per organization. Prior to the workshop, we will e-mail a Questionnaire that will help you and your staff identify areas of input and allow you to share the comments of other key employees not in attendance.
