Best Practice Reviews

To make sure you’re maximizing the benefits of your system and taking advantage of the best practices of others, a VHS Professional Services Team Member will periodically review your whole implementation. 

Your Professional Services Team Member will conduct an evaluation to assess performance, identify issues, provide appropriate corrective action suggestions, and fine tune your system. You’ll get a written report on the findings and recommendations to take performance of AccuNurse to new levels.

Support

AccuNurse Support is available 24x7x365 at our AccuNurse Support Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Every time you contact us, we’ll log a new case in an electronic tracking system.  A case can be opened for anything, from general “how-to” questions to reporting system outages.

There are three ways to contact us and open a case:
