Technical Assistance

VHS Technical Assistance is available 24x7x365 at our Technical Assistance Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Every time you contact us, we’ll log a new case in an electronic tracking system.  A case can be opened for anything, from general “how-to” questions to reporting system outages.

There are three ways to contact us and open a case:

  • Online: “My Support” (User name and password required to enter and track your cases)

If you email or make a service request online, team members are available from Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST to help you. We respond to email or online requests in 8 business hours or less.
